Operates on internal blowers for a minimum of 36 hours, without
mine power, to absorb CO2 in the chamber (which the inhabitants
exhale) and replace with oxygen (which is inhaled).
The Refuge One regulates the amount of oxygen flowing into the chamber,
resulting in breathable air in the chamber.
