RANA-Medical introduced on-site oxygen concentrator technology into the healthcare marketplace over a quarter century ago, pioneering convenient, safe and cost effective oxygen supply and delivery systems that are currently being used in hospitals around the world. A fundamental
element of the RANA-Medical
development and manufacturing process is the company's strict adherence
to rigid design and operational standards. All RANA-Medical Oxygen Concentrators meet or exceed the demanding performance standards set out by international hospital and government regulatory agencies. Among these organizations, the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) requirements are recognized as being some of the most unyielding. RANA-Medical engineers and designers initiated the developments of the CSA standard for oxygen concentrators. Today, this association continues to maintain these uncompromising and critical standards and operation procedures. Extensive quality control guidelines and cost effective preventative maintenance programs further reinforce the value and proven technology that have made RANA-Medical Oxygen Concentrators so highly regarded. An Uncomplicated Design Integrates The Three Required Supply Sources Installation of the RANA-Medical Oxygen Concentrator is not complicated. In fact the concentrator system design is similar to the system you currently use. In keeping with this similarity, the complete RANA-Medical system comprises three separate supply sources: Primary, Secondary and Reserve. In most cases, the RANA-Medical Oxygen Concentrator can easily be incorporated into your present supply system. The RANA-Medical Oxygen Concentrator you install will be structured to best suit your hospital's requirements. The oxygen that is supplied by the concentrator to the storage tank is the Primary Supply or, should increased demand require it, the Secondary Supply would immediately be activated, ensuring a continuous flow of monitored high quality oxygen. As additional assurance, the Reserve Supply will automatically come on line should the Secondary Supply pressure drop below an acceptable level. These mechanisms
have been carefully engineered to ensure that your hospital enjoys a secure,
continuous and reliable source of inexpensive on-site oxygen supply. For facilities without the physical space for an oxygen concentrator, RANA-Medical will build a complete system at the plant, including the entire pre-fabricated housing. This will then be carefully shipped directly to your site, ready for immediate connection and integration.
The decision to install an oxygen concentrator is a wise one. Selecting a RANA-Medical Oxygen Concentrator is the right choice, too. RANA-Medical is a Canadian company with manufacturing and marketing operations in Morden, Manitoba. As the recognized leader in the development of medical oxygen concentration equipment, and as a key participant in the initial establishment of critical CSA standards, RANA-Medical has gained experience that is unrivaled by any other firm. This expertise underscores the RANA-Medical reputation for excellence. In fact, RANA-Medical was the first company to install oxygen concentrators in North American hospitals. Currently, RANA-Medical
Oxygen Concentrators are installed in hospitals of all sizes
in 25 countries. And, unlike other companies, RANA-Medical
does not adapt industrial equipment for medical applications. RANA-Medical
designs and builds RANA-Medical
Oxygen Concentrators exclusively for hospitals. How A Concentrator Works (Non-Flash) Locations of RANA-Medical Oxygen Concentrators in North America (Flash Required) Physical Attribute Chart of The Different Concentrator Models General
