Equipment Installation
RANA will visit your home to set-up your home oxygen system, which may include a home oxygen concentrator and a back-up oxygen supply.
After your equipment is installed, RANA will:
- Make sure you can comfortably move around in your home
- Teach you about oxygen safety
- Show you how to care for your equipment and provide you with resource booklets
- Provide you with our 24-hour toll free number for assistance
- Supply you with a 3-6 month stock of oxygen tubing, nasal cannula and other necessary disposables
- Call you within a few days to make sure you are doing well on your therapy and with your equipment and to answer any questions you or your family may have
We encourage family members to be at home during installation, so they will learn about home oxygen therapy and how to support you.
