Request for Service

1. Get a Return Authorization (RA) number

  • Call our toll-free number: 1-888-822-2461 or 
  • Contact us by email or fax (we respond to all email and fax inquiries within one working day)
  • Provide us with the following information:
    • Your company name
    • Type of unit
    • Model number
    • Serial number
    • A description of the problem

2. Send Your Equipment by the courier of your choice

  • Write the RA number on the top of the box
  • Customers are responsible for freight costs to RANA

3. Receive Your Repair Quote

For units not covered by warranty, a repair quote will be completed and faxed to you with a choice of three options:

  • Request a repair to the unit as per the quote
  • Do not repair the unit, but send it back (freight charges apply to the customer)
  • Do not repair the unit; discard as scrap

Choose one of the options and fax the repair quote back to RANA.

4. Receive Your Repaired Equipment

After completing your service we will courier your equipment to your business address. Freight costs may apply.

  • Warranty repairs: Return freights costs are paid by RANA
  • Equipment no longer covered by warranty: You are responsible for return freight costs
