This questionnaire calculates the probability of you being diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) by adjusting your neck circumference based on your history of hypertension, habitual snoring and witnessed apnea.

43 - 48:

Greater than 48:

Low probability of sleep apnea

Intermediate probability of sleep apnea (4 - 8 times higher chance of having OSA)

High probability of sleep apnea (20 times higher chance of having OSA)
